In this document, LLC STUDIO “ONI” (also referred to in the text as “we”, “us”, “our”) describes the procedure for processing personal data of visitors to the website https://ony.ru/ and its subdomains, as well as the websites https://themagma.ru/, https://onytype.ru/.

Why do we process your personal data?

The legal basis for processing the specified personal data is the Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ, which is available via a hyperlink under the data collection form.
The data we receive as part of the application process is processed until the end of the marketing campaign, until the User submits a request to be removed from the mailing list, or until the Consent to the processing of personal data is revoked (whichever occurs first), and is destroyed after 30 days in accordance with parts 4–5 of article 21 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ.
Upon completion of the specified processing periods, personal data is destroyed by deleting it from information systems using the built-in tools of the information system.

If you would like to contact us regarding issues related to our activities, you can do so by filling out the feedback forms “Submit an application”, “Discuss the project”, “Contact us”, “Fill out the brief”, as well as by contacting us via the contacts published on the website. When processing such a request, we will have access to the following information about you:
last name, first name, patronymic;
contact phone number;
email address;
company information/place of work;
information about accounts in messengers;
information contained in the request.
The personal data processed for this purpose does not belong to special categories or biometric in accordance with Articles 10-11 152-FZ and is processed in an automated manner.
