Consent to the processing of personal data

I, the subject of personaldata, by submitting an applicationthrough the collectionformson the website,inaccordancewithFederalLawNo.152-FZ"OnPersonalData"freely,voluntarilyandinmyowninterest,aswell as confirmingmy legal capacity, I give my consent to STUDIOONILLC, locatedat 123308, Moscow, ext.ter.g.Khoroshevo-Mnevnikimunicipaldistrict, 7 Novokhoroshevsky Ave.6p (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), forprocessing under the following conditions:

1. ThisConsent is given for theprocessing of personaldata,bothwithout the useofautomation tools andwiththeiruse.
2. I consent to the processing of the following personal data: first name, middle name, last name; contact phone numbers; email address; company name/place of employment; information about messenger accounts; information provided in the inquiry.
3. The purpose of personal data processing is to process consultation requests received through feedback forms.
4. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed:: collection; modification; extraction; systematization; use; access; destruction; updating; blocking; recording; storage; deletion; accumulation.
5. The following third parties process the personal data provided on behalf of ONI STUDIO LLC:
   - Purpose of processing personal data: Processing consultation requests received via feedback forms.
   - Name of the third party and its address: Individual Entrepreneur Monakhova Olga Igorevna (Russia)
   - Purpose of transfer: Processing inquiries received via feedback forms.
   - Purpose of processing personal data: Processing consultation requests received via feedback forms
   - Name of the third party and its address: LLC “Yandex.Cloud” (119021, Moscow, Khamovniki district, Lev Tolstoy Street, house 16, room 528)
   - Purpose of the transfer: Providing website hosting services.
6. Personal data is processed until the end of the interaction within the consultation or until the withdrawal of consent (whichever comes first), and is destroyed after 30 days in accordance with parts 4-5 of art.21 152–FZ.
7. The consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or his representative by sending a written application to the address indicated at the beginning of the text of this Consent, or to the representative at the address indicated in the Consent.
